At Risco Tech, we&#8217;ve designed a straightforward and hassle-free policy to assist you in obtaining the right product for your system. Unless explicitly stated otherwise on a product page, the following guidelines govern all Risco Tech purchases:<\/p>\r\n<h4>General Return Guidelines<\/h4>\r\n<p>For a Risco Tech product to qualify for a return, the original invoice must be provided. Prior to initiating a return, please contact Customer Service for verification of the product&#8217;s condition. The goods must be in a sufficiently good (Brand new) condition to qualify for a return. Please note that the shipping costs for returnable items to Risco Tech and the shipping of replacement items back to the customer are not covered by us.<\/p>\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<h4>Exchange &amp; Return Policy<\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Exchange or Return is permissible within 15 days from the date of delivery, subject to the outlined terms.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Original Invoice &amp; Warranty Card must accompany the return, and the product (including the unit carton) should be unused and unopened (original seal unbroken), along with accessories &amp; FOC items, if applicable.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>No Exchange or Return applies to certain product categories: All Accessories, Software, Cartridges &amp; Toners.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Refunds will be issued as Credit Vouchers \/ Credit Memos only, redeemable within 6 months. No cash or credit card refunds will be processed.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>A re-stocking fee of 20% of the invoice value may apply to selected products.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>&#8220;On Request&#8221; items are not eligible for return.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Customers outside Lebanon bear the responsibility of shipping costs back to Risco Tech&#8217;s office in Lebanon.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>The product must be 100% intact and in the same condition as when sold, with unopened original packaging.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Packaging materials, including disks, CDs, manuals, warranty cards, and digital media, must be returned with the item.<hr \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4>Items Ineligible for Refund or Exchange:<\/h4>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Accessories<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Monitors<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Laptops<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Adapters and cables<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Software products<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Products with cloud ID<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Cartridges<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Toners<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Bulk Orders (more than 3 pieces of one item)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>&#8220;On Request&#8221; items<hr \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h4>Supplier and\/or Manufacturer Restrictions<\/h4>\r\n<p>Some suppliers\/manufacturers may impose restrictions preventing our customer service staff from processing certain returns\/exchanges. Requests related to such items must be directed to the manufacturer and\/or supplier.<\/p>\r\n<hr \/>\r\n<h4>Refund Policy<\/h4>\r\n<p>Refunds, if applicable under this policy, will be issued in the form of a Store Credit Voucher. Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee.
